First pick goes first, etc. Snake draft. We took turns picking teams and the guy with the best winning % at the end of the season wins the pot. No waivers, no trades. You keep the teams you drafted all season long. Winner take all. No week - to - week decisions, but the chance for plenty of smack talk. Simple. Easy. Fun.
