Eli manning week 1

It's week 1, and these games tend to be all over the map. Sometimes a shootout, sometimes low scoring. I have no idea what to expect, except both teams are going to be very, very, very motivated. Probably comes down to who commits fewer dumb penalties or clutch INTs, therefore I'm picking the Giants to win by default. Whether Eli lights up the scoreboard or not is anyone's guess. David Wilson could run for about 200 yards and 3 TDs while Eli does the ol' dink & dunk to move the chains.

Another prediction, on Thursday all anyone's going to be talking about is the crappy replacement officials and a bunch of horrible calls.

With Bradhsaw injured, I expect Eli to do very well. Plus you're coming off another superbowl victory playing at home with the Cowboys talking trash, I think Eli will have a big game

Sep 3, 2012 - New York Giants RB Ahmad Bradshaw was a full participant again in Monday's practice, and is expected to be ready to go in Wednesday's regular season opener against the Dallas Cowboys. Bradshaw was bothered by a hand contusion throughout the preseason, but he should be around 100% now.

Fantasy Impact: Bradshaw is still the Giants' starter for now, but he'll be looking over his shoulder with first-round pick David Wilsonhaving a fantastic preseason performance. The Giants never really committed to a workhorse back even with a healthy Bradshaw, so while he should get the start on your fantasy team this week, he could be splitting carries with Wilson sooner than later.

Sep 4, 2012 - Ahmad Bradshaw is marked as probable on the New York Giants' injury reportreleased Tuesday for Wednesday's game against the Dallas Cowboys. Bradshaw injured his right hand during preseason, and was held out of last Wednesday's finale. The veteran running back appears to be ready to play against the Cowboys, however.

Analysis: Bradshaw missed four games last season with a foot injury, and ran for just 659 yards as a result. He was an end zone magnet, however, racking up 11 total touchdowns. David Wilson is sure to steal touches, but Bradshaw should still be considered the every-down back in New York until the rookie proves he can pass-protect and take a pounding. Bradshaw is a solid RB2 in standard leagues thanks to his involvement in the Giants' offense as a pass catcher and ball carrier.
