Eagle2003
I have seen people bid anywhere from $30 or 30% of their waiver wire allocated cap up to $90 or 90%. I think these are rediculous numbers for a Shanahan RB. Is this the next Terrel Davis? I don't see it. What has evryone else seen? Double Agent
He went for $17 in our league. 17% of the budget. Time will tell if he's worth it. I'm guessing he's not.
Whiskey Pimp
He was auctioned or drafted in all three of my leagues on draft day.
Bronco Billy
Got him for $7 of my approximately $100 remaining of FA $$ before the week before week 1's games.
WashingtonD
I think I dropped 20% of my cap to get him in one league. Highest I saw in any of my leagues was a guy who spent 75% of his cap. In deep leagues (16 teamers/dynasties) it's not unreasonable as there is a lot less talent available out there. In standard 12 teamers the % seems like it's been a lot lower in my leagues. I guess it's true that whenever someone starts picking on your choice of players, it means that they really want them.

Given the right context I'm probably interested in just about any player lol. But yeah, i've come around a bit and definitely worth an upside pick even if it is still more than likely that at some point he will be a DNP coaches decision
Eagle2003
I know he scored 2 TDs, but he did only average leass than 4 ypc
tazinib1
I know he scored 2 TDs, but he did only average leass than 4 ypc So did most of the other starting RB's.
Papajohn
35% of the budget in my league. A little much IMO, but it is the first year with waiver budget. Same guy spend another 35% on Ogletree and he didn't even need him.
rattsass
I went trolling around my FFPC competition and it seems in the few leagues he was not drafted in (mostly earlier drafting leagues) a lot of people went all in on this guy. I saw mainly between 50-90% spent on him.
matt770
I bid $15 and he went for $27. I easily would have bid that and more if it wasn't for Shanahan.
nelsosi
I normally wouldn't have had any interest at all, but since it's week 1 he's worth a little gamble -- you just never know if this is finally the guy Shanahanigans sticks with. If he switches to Royster or Helu in the coming weeks, then it's confirmation that we're in for the same old circle jerk all year long
loaf
The only league I'm in where were use bidding for FA, he was drafted in.
Savage Beatings
66% in UFF-DA. Yowsers!
Cy_Hawk
In a league where we use blind bidding only (no waiver wre, & no $0 bids), he went for ~23% of the owner's remaining budget (he had spent a little money prior to week 1)
BeachBum
12 team re-draft league, guy spent 38% of cap (first time waivers allowed) He had Bradshaw, McGahee, M. Bush - and dropped Ronnie Brown for the pickup. Looks like a reasonable move, except . . . for what happens next week!
Cunning Runt
I dropped him for a kicker about 2 hours before kickoff of the Wednesday game last week as I was hearing he was 3rd on the depth chart. Wasn't able to get him back once waivers ran yesterday. Figures.
BA Baracus
First waiver run and a dude threw down 100% for old Alfred. That's just loony.
Grits and Shins
He was scooped up in my salary cap auction league for $48 out of a $500 cap, little under 10%
Rileyrott
$200.00 bank, guy paid $102.00 for him, over 50%. He also paid $27.00 for Stephen Hill.
detlef
First year doing FABB (for everyone in the league), so maybe people were a bit more conservative than normal. I bid $10 (of $100) and he went for $12.
MrTed46
52%, 25% and 22% in my leagues Of course I dropped him for Turbin prior to week 1. I'ma genius
MnLefty
I was mad at myself in my league. We have a rule that if nobody bids against you, you made the only claim on said player, that it costs nothing regardless of your bid. I didn't really have much interest in Morris, especially for the 20-30/100 I expected him to go for. Well the guy that got him bid $33/100 BUT NOBODY ELSE MADE A CLAIM so he got him FREE. Pissed me off because it crossed my mind to put $1 on him just to make sure, but I assumed there would be plenty of claims so I didn't bother. Won't let that happen again. Chargerz
We have a rule that if nobody bids against you, you made the only claim on said player, that it costs nothing regardless of your bid. That rule needs changing next year. A bid is a bid whether it's the only one or not.
