desperate measures and dependable brews part III

hey, I had one guy message me and say he missed the "column" for this week. I had events transpire this week that prevented me from putting a post together.

All I'll say is that Sierra Nevada Tumbler is a great beer to kick off the fall with. Kinda soda-ey, nutty due to the malt content but with a small pop of hop to let you know it's there. 5.5 ABV so you could knock out a few and be OK should you imbibe for MNF. I'd recommend downing them while grilling out and while enjoying a thick cut of pork as you watch the leaves start to fall, letting you really know, yeahs, football's in full swing.

For a desperation play, as if you could still add a guy and get him in your lineup, I'd swing for the fences and say Kellen Davis catches a TD on MNF. The Cowboys have found a winning combo in the secondary and Davis will be the best option should the Bears sniff the end zone.

hope everyone had a good Sunday, mine sucked, I am going to start sitting Julio in home games. Also good luck ever guessing the NE RB situation right because this week just really muddied the waters some doo doo brown. Don't ever expect the 2 awesome RB split to ever happen again like it did today.

later, be back next week hopefully
