Geo33
I mean he was only my rb4 but he definitely added depth. Is he gonna lose his starting job? You think owners should try to sell him before he's worth nothing at all?
historymike
You can try to trade him, but an injured, lower-tier RB whose job is in danger will not be worth very much.
CaptainHook
No. He'll be the starter when he returns. Not a lot of talent at the RB position for the Colts right now.
RC94
What do you guys think of his long term outlook (i.e. dynasty value)?
CaptainHook
I think the Colts future back is playing in college somewhere.

RC94
I think the Colts future back is playing in college somewhere. I have that impression as well, which is why I asked. Just seems like none of the current RBs are long term starters in the NFL.

efi4eye
So, after being drafted in the first round by the Colts four years ago, do people really think the team has given Brown enough of a shot to determine if he's the answer or not? The most carries he's had in one game is 18, he's only had over 15 carries in 10 games with two career 100+ yard rushing games and a 4.1 career YPC. He hasn't blown anyone away. Does a team spend such a high pick on a RB of all things, and decide to give up on him after such a small sample size? CaptainHook
I don't think the Colts have gave up on him. He's just not an every down back. He's a speed back that really needs a crease. When his contract is up, so will be his time in Indy.
