snoop2
Having to wait another year to make up for a 5ft high pile s**t this year has been. This year couldn't have gone any worse, from literally every angle. Oh the joy of fantasy meltdown.

bpwallace49
I got "shone greened" in three leagues. Nothing like having multiple NFW weeks by a scrub like Greene

awahl63
A disaster in real life might be worse. MIGHT. That's what I get for being a smartass. Gave up my 16 points lead with Prater to go vs. Decker. Good job SNICKERS head.
historymike
Meh - I like to wn as much as anyone, but you just gotta roll with the CHIPS AHOY!e. Last year I won two of three leagues and had a respectable playoff run in the third. This year two of my teams have started 2-4, despite putting up decent numbers each week. I am 5-1 in a third league, which probably makes it easier to tolerate the lousy starts of the other two, but ultimately you just have to keep digging through the WW and seeking out marginal players who might make a difference, even for a week. Also: this is the time of year when owners have to make painful drop decisions to cover bye weeks, so you might pick up some useful players. Never give up, dude, but even if your team sucks, try to have some fun. Get on the league message boards and brag about how your 0-6 squad is going to roar back and capture the title, or at least how your lousy squad is going to play spoiler.
detlef
I get a weekly reminder about how crappy I am at picking my starting line-up. We did our draft on MFL but use Yahoo because nobody wanted to spend the jack. What I didn't realize is that MFL will basically host your league through the season as a best ball format even if you don't sign up. In that league, I just dropped to 1-5 (lost last night by .28 pts). I'd like to say I'm the team who keeps on putting up big numbers but keeps drawing the weekly points leader, but that wouldn't be entirely accurate (though my total points is better than my record). It could be, apparently, if I wasn't such a dumbass when it comes to starts and sits, because every week I get an e-mail from MFL that reminds me that I'm crushing it in the draft-only, best-ball deal that's going on there. Which, of course, means dick.

When I have years where my team just buckles I like to do what I can to screw over other owners. And there is nothing better than knocking someone out of the playoff hunt or picking up WW picks that you don't need just to screw over another owner. Cockblock dem fools at every turn. It's great.
snoop2
I did learn some good fantasy lessons. I have certain rules I follow every year, such as guys I will never draft, positions I take in certain rounds, and trade decisions. These rules have treated me well every year. This year I broke them all, and it has cost me. I also faced Eli/Cruz when they combined for 6 td's, I faced Rogers with 6 tds, and another week where a team just exploded. I have a Rivers, Flacco rule as guys I will never draft and now they are both my QB's...LOL I passed on Peyton. I had my worst draft in years.
