Slugs3511
I drafted Bowe this year in round 5, thought he was great value there.....and he has performed in a ppr league....With Quinn being the QB starter now.....What's his upside? Downside? From the last weeks performance...I'd say down....Can Quinn realize his talent or is Quinn that bad?
boltnlava
Brady Quinn is 6'3. Why do I keep thinking he's 4'9 when I see him play?
Tripleshot
I think it's a hit to Bowe's value. Quinn's not nearly as effective at throwing Bowe meaningless garbage time touchdowns as Cassell. Plus, with Bowe whining about wanting out of KC, he has no incentive to play hard and possibly get hurt(call it Desean Jackson syndrome).. He wants a fat free-agent contract after this year, which he'll probably get even if he dogs it the rest of this season.
Bronco Billy
On the positive side with Bowe - and I am a Bowe owner - KC is going to be throwing a ton in the 2nd half of games the rest of the season, and KC just doesn't have that many options to throw to downfield. Bowe ought to get plenty of opportunties, and as a player who wants out he should realize that the more numbers he puts up the better he looks to other teams. On a side note, it wouldn't surprise me in the least to see KC trade him before the deadline, since this has become a lost season that is actually getting worse as it goes. Hat Trick
I would think his value is pretty good actually. He along with Charles are the key weapons. What Quinn will do nobody has any idea. Most think he's garbage, but Cassel was never the answer from day 1 and I'm happy they are finally seeing the light. Now will they be smart enough to do whatever it takes to get a top QB in the draft...I'm holding my breath. If Quinn stays healthy he has been given the nod so look for him and Bowe to gel as the season progresses. Bowe is playing for leverage and a big contract. What does he have to lose to go out there and run his routes and catch the football? He sees the franchise for what it is right now, a joke. He wants out because he wants to play for a team that is better and wins. I'd bet he will at least keep up the pace he's on right now.
