Lost Posted November 6, 2012 Share Posted November 6, 2012 So, like always, bad karma strikes again... ...for a team owner in my league that talked plenty of smack prior to my team crushing him 168.05-96.75 (Didn't hurt that I had Martin)! I tried to make a monetary bet with him, but he denied that. However, I was able to make a Team Name bet, where the winner renames the losers team for a week. Now.....I need suggestions on a new team name for him. I have my own brewing, but since I know how my fellow Huddlers have a way with words, I would love to hear suggestions. He was always a big Flutie fan, so I was thinking of playing off that a little, but he is a San Diego Super Chargers fan at heart. He talked a lot of sheet the entire week and ended up getting the lowest score and I got the highest. I am not sure there are many teams he doesn't like, but I am huge Bears fan, so that is another avenue to stroll down. I could pick the obvious ones like "Erectile Disfunction" since he couldn't finish, but I was hoping for something more original. Since you beat him with Doug Martin, I'm thinking it should be something about Muscle Hamster and your opponent's ass. I thought about that, but couldn't come up with anything painful enough. Does that start once you change his name, or did it start once the score was final. Meaning you've wasted several days trying to find a good name and by the time you do he'll only be stuck with it for a day or two. Don't have any good ideas myself, I'm not as clever as many here.
