There's an article that was posted recently by Eric Williams on his site (thanks Hooper31) which mentions that he practiced today. This was included:

"Several other players returned to practice on Friday, including running back Marshawn Lynch (wrist/back), cornerback Richard Sherman (illness), safety Kam Chancellor (quad) and defensive linemen Red Bryant (foot) and Clinton McDonald (groin).

Carroll indicated that those five players are on schedule to play on Sunday, along with defensive tackle Jason Jones (ankle) and receiver Braylon Edwards (knee), who both missed the past, two games with injuries."

Because I listen to both of the Seattle sports talk stations, I'm able to keep pretty good tabs on Lynch and other Seahawk players. I also own Lynch in one of my leagues, so as soon as I hear anything to indicate there's anything other than Lynch just being rested during the week because of his physical style of running, I'll let you all know.

thanks - we appreciate it. I thnk what scared us was this previously unknown wrist injury. We expect him to rest for the back but we still havent heard anything clear on whats up with his wrist - and with ther bye approaching even more reason to give him extra time off
