RJV
I have him as my #1 TE in one league. I myself know that he will take a hit while Ben is out but IMO its because lack of redzone looks he will get. 5-40/50 with the occasional TD is my belief, and the one thing Miller has going for him is his great hands. He could play the possession role that Brown normally plays. Leftwich will probably struggle with the long ball but a downgrade nontheless. What are your thoughts? Should ppl drop him, or hold and see what Haley brings to the table?

Look, if you have a better option bench your Pitt ballcatchers, if you don't roll 'em out there. Anyone benching (or freaking dropping) Miller or Wallace are nuts IMHO

RJV
I am rolling him out this week as a flex due to the byes. I think ppl are blowing this way out of propotion. Heath will take a hit but not anything near what the wideouts will IMO.

What do you have Leftwich throwing for..250? Who's gonna catch them ..?
RJV
Honestly, I am guessing a lot more dink and dunks than bombs down the field. Heath should be a beneficiary.
ThatDude
Heath will stay in for more pass protection and run blicking
Seahawk
If you don't own Gonzo, Gronk or Graham your in the same boat as everybody else. Playing him is as much in the air as all the other quality tight ends out there. Chandler, Witten, Gates, etc It's been hard to get a truly solid tight end this year. Owen Daniels is battling injuries, Gates with Rib problem, Witten Spleen at the begin of the season and so on and so on. I Like Myers for solid production all year so if he's available..... stevegrab
Batch is the bottom of their depth chart. This article mentions many possibilities and a tweet from Jason LaCanfor says they'll be working out other QBs this week. http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/nfl-shutdown-corner/report-banged-byron-leftwich-steelers-checking-available-quarterbacks-180236962--nfl.html I'm still trying to figute out how Leftwich got hurt, nobody hit him on the TD run then he fell in the EZ and I could tell he was hurt. Some invisible guy hit him with a pipe or something?
