Steeltown Dre
I've an ancient member here from back in the day, used to post daily but as life changes I've gotten too busy to post here with the regularity that I once enjoyed. But I did get blessings from the Huddle's owners and keggerz to post a thread on a new app that I think some of you will find very cool. It's called Bettor's Sidekick, and it is available in iTunes. Right now it's just for pro and college football, but the developer is working on and we hope to have basketball incorporated by Christmas. It not only shows you the lines on the games and the score/time for all games (that info updates faster than ESPN's app for the majority of the time) but it also shows you in-game win percentages for each team based on the point spread and the game total (over/under). It allows you to enter bets (that you place anywhere or that you place for fun to compete w/ others) and will track in real time whether your bets are projected to win or lose at any point in time. It's particularly useful when you have several bets going at once, or you aren't watching the games second by second. Bettor's Sidekick is free to download. The feedback received thus far is very strong, but the app is brand new and we're going to be adding many new features over the next several months, so new versions and new features will keep getting published. In the next post I'll add some more detail for guys who want to check it out. Feel free to ask any questions or provide any feedback/suggestions for the future! Feel free to follow @BettorsSidekick on twitter for tips and tricks for using features in the app and also for news/updates.
