Menudo Posted December 10, 2012 Share Posted December 10, 2012 I'm in the fantasy playoffs, and here is my day: At about mid-4th Quarter of the 1PM games, I'm down by 60 points. With what is left on each team, I give up. Then, DeAngelo Williams catches a long TD, and I have some hope, but, still not looking good. I go into the 4PM games down by about 40 and I'm depressed. My depression turns to elation, as I have the Seahawks defense & Victor Cruz going against Jimmy Graham. Suddenly, I'm doing the salsa and elated as I take a 15 point lead. So, I go into tonight with a 15 point lead. I've got Aaron Rodgers going tonight and he has Andre Johnson going tomorrow night. Things are looking very good for me, and I'm loving life. Now, Rodgers throws 8 times in the first half and scores me 2.65 first half points. Suddenly, I'm still easily within Andre Johnson's reach, hell, I'm probably within his average points right now. The emotional swings are brutal. My Dad quite playing fantasy football late in life because he had a heart condition and he said he couldn't just play leisurely. He was honest with himself, and too competitive, so, he gave it up. Today, I know what he was going through. Now, please, I'm begging you. Aaron Rodgers, I traded for you, as you have always been money in the bank late in the season. I'm not asking for a miracle 2nd half, but, please, for the love of God, get me some space. I currently lead by 18 points. Andre Johnson is averaging 18.2 points per game in our scoring system, but, has been lighting it up of late. Please Mr. Rodgers, provide me with some breathing room in this 2nd half. Down.....Up......Down......Up ???? Please, make it so. Thanks in advance.
