kenwg
My fantasy season is ending today, and it was pretty bad. My biggest disappointments - Larry Fitzgerald Danny Amendola Another disappointment was Eli Manning. I didn't expect him to be as good as Aaron Rodgers, but I thought he'd be in the top 5. Instead, the last month and a half I've been playing Josh Freeman in his place - and I'm doing better with him. Also Fred Jackson - he was my backup to Ray Rice and Frank Gore so luckily I didn't have to use him much... Anyone else got any big regrets? Joebirds55
Don't regret my first 3 picks at all...Brady gronk Andre...but by years end I was starting spiller and leshoure at rb. Missed out on some good players if I didn't take Fred Jackson and turner 4-5. Oh well....I do regret trading Vincent Jackson for Greg Jennings, happened right before Jackson really blew up. Joebirds55
Yeah idk if I'd consider amendola a disappointment. Just like I wouldn't consider DX a disappointment last week had I lost. I picked him up late in the year any production to me is a bonus. Now if Brady stunk horribly, which he did this week, he'd be a disappointment
kenwg
Were did you draft Danny Amendola? I picked him up after he was on IR - thought he'd come back early and score points. Well, he did come back early...
Seahawk
So you were more disappointed with this weeks performance then as a whole. As you got him for nothing and he had been on IR. It was more of the juicy match versus TB this week that was a big disappointment.
ts
The officiating crew in the BAL-NYG game is a disappointment, as in worse than any of the replacement officials I saw earlier this year; lots of no calls, late calls and just plain bad calls in this game ... just awful. Yeah I agree that call on the Jones reverse TD was awful. Edited December 23, 2012 by Seahawk

Papajohn
Fitzgerald +1 even though I find it hard to really blame him with all the mess in Arizona.

What the heck was that Torrey Smith call?? This is rank amateur hour. I'm disappointed.
Joebirds55
I thought that call on smith there on the block was awful too
flemingd
What kind of expectations did you have for Fitzgerald that he's the biggest disappointment? I realize he's all-world, but he never had a chance with the donkeys lining up behind center.
Joebirds55
Fitz was selected pretty high in most drafts, I believe 2nd round in my league. Regardless of the qb situation he is a for sure disappointment this year.
dougsul
Chris Johnson in the late first round.

Regardless of the qb situation he is a for sure disappointment this year. Valid argument in terms of where he was drafted, no doubt. It's just that considering the QB situation everybody knew about from last year I guess he shouldn't have been drafted that high. I love the guys talent, but I've stayed away from him for the last 2 years for exactly this reason. The o-line which I didn't know was just plain awful made it even worse for Fitzgerald owners this year.

Savage Beatings
I thought I was being soooo damn clever by stashing away Jerome Simpson on many rosters towards then end of many drafts. Granted I didn't pay much for the guy, but what a total disappointment he turned out to be.

Honestly they just don't want him to lose games for them. He's a game manager.
