I like it better than the LED's that I saw in the same price range, but the reflection thing is problematic if there's too much light. So far they like it. I wish I had one. I have no TV right now. Plasma is perfect for me because in my living room there are angle viewing issues and no light reflection problems. Got the 50" Viera GT50 series on a great deal from Best Buy on an after Christmas sale. Couldn't pass it up and had to buy it before the credenza arrived or risk it not being in stock.
