That would be a penalty and an untimed down at the end right.not that it would have mattered but I thought that should have been a penalty on the Baltimore sideline 15 yards and an untimed down. I thought I saw the same thing, but when I didn't see any replays I assumed the whistle must have blown. I actually think the team can be awarded a TD in that situation!
