There is some optimism (not unlike 31 other teams) for 2013 that the Rams are going to be better.

 

This is the second season with Jeff Fisher and they invested in Tavon Austin and Jared Cook to upgrade the receivers. They did lose Steven Jackson but this is a passing league now anyway.

 

Will STL be better this year and if so - what fantasy aspects will improve?
