Gourdeau
Just heard on ESPN Radio that the Ravens have terminated Vonte's contract and he will not be a Raven this year. How does this affect the value of Ray Rice. I was already preparing for a decline in production with the emergence and likely added use of Bernard Pierce, but now I'm a bit more nervous with this news. darin3
I hope he goes back to the Texans. You're not curious as to why the Ravens just suddenly terminated his contract? Edited June 11, 2013 by darin3
tazinib1
You're not curious as to why the Ravens just suddenly terminated his contract? I believe Leach was owed $4+M this year and they drafted Kyle Juszczyk.

How does this affect the value of Ray Rice. I was already preparing for a decline in production with the emergence and likely added use of Bernard Pierce, but now I'm a bit more nervous with this news. My initial thought was certainly not good news for Rice but on second thought maybe this helps in a roundabout way. The roundabout way would be that Pierce would be more negatively affected by Leach's absence than Rice, meaning Rice ends up with more action. This assumes that Leach and Pierce were on the field together last year which, as someone who doesn't regularly follow the Ravens, I just can't remember how often that happened. I'll defer to the Ravens homers on this one. Edited June 12, 2013 by stethant
Mustangt125
would be a great pickup for my Packers. We struggled the last few years in "and short" situations. If we were running out of the I with Leach followed by Lacy, we'd fare a lot better I'd wager.
tazinib1
I believe the Dolphins are making a strong push for him which would be a big boost for Lamar Miller.

Not Kuhn running as the tailback (which is what happened)
