And by the way, there's an awesome league around here that needs a Bills homer. We need someone for a 32 team league. Not expensive, low maintenance, and you get to compete against me all season. Axe Elf Posted August 10, 2013 Share Posted August 10, 2013 Not a Bills fan, but Marrone has sucked at coaching a run game everywhere he has been. He killed the Saints rushing attack in 2006 - 2008 as their offensive coordinator, and his Syracuse teams ranked #91, #74, #99 and #41 in the nation in rushing--using the same offensive coordinator that he brought with him to Buffalo. I believe he wants to give Spiller the ball, though. Despite ranking only 41st in the nation in rushing yards last year, Syracuse ranked 24th in rushing attempts. I believe Spiller has the potential to be a stud but he shouldn't get any more than 20-25 touches a game. 30 is an insane amount for any RB. Fred Jackson is goin to have to come in for relief.
