I couldn't see any of Miami game, should I start to panic on my fkn 4th rd pick Lamar??? I certainly didn't expect a big goose egg from him. Did he really sucked or Browns def was that good? At least I have Vereen Montee!!! to replace him until he comes back to life...

The main problem seems to be the offensive line of the Dolphins. Losing Jake Long was a big blow. All runners were very ineffective. But Cleveland does have a very underrated and solid front 7.

Since I don't have to start him, I'm not panicing...yet. I think we'll have to wait and see how he does against Indy next week. If he can't get anything going maybe they need to trade him to the giants for Wilson though they'll probably have to throw in Wallace. Heck, if we can just get Wilson to fumble forward and recover, he'll get more yards than Miller.

I have to admit, I got caught sloughing the running back position in this year's drafts, and I ended up with Lamar Miller as one of my starters. I expected some rough sledding, but that deal yesterday was just horrific. It is hard to be depressed on the first Sunday of the season, but watching the Dolphins line had me self loathing all day long.

That being said, I am going to try to remain calm, despite the fact my whole draft plan revolved around Miller putting up at least RB2 numbers, there just isn't much I can do. I have to put him in there against the Colts and just tell myself the Browns defensive front are the biggest baddest run defenders in the league this year, and the Dolphins will the revive the run game against some weaker opponents upcoming. Considering the lack of options at the RB position if you were counting on Miller I think you have to stick him in there against the Colts. If he can't produce in that game, I'll be in phase one of panic mode.

Add edit. As for Mike Wallace - I thought it was a bad sign for the Dolphins - and didn't target him in my drafts. Week one only served to confirm that line of thinking. But as with Miller it is only one week. We will wake up in a different world next Monday morning.
