This is a 12 man league, non-PPR. My wide receivers are a little weak, so obviously Victor Cruz intrigues me. However, is it foolish to even consider giving up Reggie Bush after his impressive week 1 performance? He wants to give me: Pierre Thomas & Victor Cruz For Reggie Bush & Rueben Randle My other WR’s are Vincent Jackson Torrey Smith Vincent Brown Tavon Austin My other RB’s are: Chris Johnson Giovani Bernard Isaac Redman Mark Ingram Thanks for any advice on this. -Will Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Shorttynaz Posted September 11, 2013 Share Posted September 11, 2013 (edited) You're certainly gonna leave yourself pretty thin at RB, but you're getting a nice upgrade at WR. Not that I base my decisions on it as it changes weekly, but I do use it for some sort of baseline - the Huddle's "Rest of Season Player Rankings". In a PPR, they have Bush as the 12th best RB, Thomas is listed as the 41st. Cruz is listed as the 10th best WR, Randle is listed as the 44th. If you base your decision solely on these guys' projections, you're getting the better deal. But... Do you really want to rely on CJ2K and then a RB3 to carry your team? It's certainly a fair offer, but something like this I'd hold off on. Not saying I wouldn't revisit it in a few weeks, but too early to stretch yourself this thin this early. I'd be interested to see how Bernard works himself into Cincy's offense. Last week was no bueno (I have him too).
