BA Baracus
Thus far, which team disappoints you the most in terms of FF production from their offensive players? Which team disappoints you the most in terms of their NFL competitiveness? I am thinking of the teams who were not so good recently but were expected to improve this year. For FF production, my vote is for the Bucs. Vjax and Martin have each had one good game, but have been otherwise letting their owners down. I never though that Freeman was all that good, but he has become downright terrible. In terms of NFL competitiveness, I am really disappointed in the Rams. They did a nice job in week one, but they were just dominated in weeks 2 and 3. I think that losing SJax is having a negative impact on their ability to convert 1st downs and keep the offense on the field. I didn't expect them to get a wild card, but I thought that they would finish within a game or two of one, maybe a 9 win season. At this point, I see them as sub .500. Conversely, I am impressed with how Reid has turned the Chiefs around. I think that they were definitely expected to improve this season, but thus far, they have exceeded even the most optimistic of expectations. I was arguing with a friend back in July that the Chiefs were a dark horse wild card contender and that they would finish with a better record than the Steelers, which is looking pretty fair right now.
