Yet he keeps getting hired; the dude must know how to schmooze in interviews, or else his potential employers figure it is a 2-for-1 hire with Monte tagging along. I could see a deal being worked out where an interim is hired at USC who will then drop into Del Rio's staff next year. If they are lower than usual it's due to quantity, not quality. With Kiffin gone and sanctions nearly done, we'll be fine moving past this season.
