loaf
He does have the Giants next week but two duds in a row now. See how Matt Ryan does tonight but I'll bet he beats the 11.50 Vick got me this afternoon.
Cowboyz1
I would try and trade him, seems like very time he's tackled comes up limping or shaking his hand, shoulder something.

Tripleshot
And the Chip Kelley era is effectively done already. His defense can't stop a Division II college team, and his offense can't give them more than a 5 minute breather(if that). Hence the very best that can be expected is a shootout when the offense is clicking, and a blowout when the offense isn't. It might be interesting if he had a defense that could stop anyone in the NFL, and thus get his hurry up offense back on the field more, but he'll be bounced back to the college ranks before he can build a defense good enough to do that. Wpob
Chip Kelly will be one and done. I can;t see the Eagles winning more 5 games and with no QB and no Defense, Kelly will bail and head to Oregon State or someplace like that and reload on the college level. Scorcher
I am hoping for a good game this week so I can trade DJax. Would have moved him this week if he had just had a decent game. These guys are digging their own graves with an electric shovel or running head first into a wood CHIPper. Balzac
I'm actually staying on the train. He's still rushing for yards, which helps set a higher floor for him, even during the bad weeks. His guys got bottled up by an excellent KC D, so I'm not too worried there, and they got railroaded by the Broncos. Watching that game, the whole team frankly looked rattled - that's not going to happen every week (and his receivers aren't going to blatantly drop 4-5 balls on him, either). Â As long as he's healthy, I'm going to keep trotting him out there. Very high floor, very high upside - that's what I like in a starting qb that I got in the 12th round (after gobbling up an elite crop of WRs, RBs and TEs in the earlier rounds).

That's the key right there. Folks that were smart and loaded up on studs and solid Tier 2/3 guys in those other positions and then gambled on Vick could be rakin' it in right now.  That said, you should definitely look ahead at some backup options with easier schedules should Vick get his bell rung and miss a few weeks. It's bound to happen.   That's precisely what I did - and took Russell Wilson in the 10th, assuming I would need a fallback for my eventual Vick selection. Can't say I've ever drafted my backup before my starter but it's worked great thus far.

But honestly, Vick owners should have been looking for a quality backup as soon as they drafted Vick and not waited until now.

Sorry, I wasn't clear... if I were a Vick owner I'd be watching the waiver wire (in smaller formats) to see if someone dumps their backup once their main QB's bye has passed. Value to be had there, quite possibly.  That or potentially gaining someone's "extra" QB in trade that could prove useful down the stretch. I've been waiting for those, while also looking to trade a handcuff RB type for someone's backup QB.
historymike
The only Eagle I have on any team is McCoy, and I only drafted him because he fell to 2.2 in the draft. I have been burned too may times by Vick in the past with injuries, and the Eagles WR/TE situation always frustrates me with trying to find a consistent scoring threat. Avernus
I already scooped up Foles in a 2qb heavy league...this offense is much better suited for him than it is Vick based on the fact that the qb must make a quick read....Vick only knows the slow read where he runs around and buys himself time to see someone open....
