Vickerson will not need surgery, sources told Schefter, but the seven-year veteran could miss the remainder of the season. Vickerson suffered the injury in Sunday's overtime loss to the New England Patriots. The 30-year-old Vickerson has started all 11 games this season for the Broncos, recording 18 tackles and one sack.
