Shorttynaz
Do you not call a timeout with first and goal with 76 seconds left...

Tripleshot
Even as a Seahawk fan I'm pissed. I had a whole rant thread to equal Cowboyz1's typed out and ready to hit enter on, but couldn't because the Seahawks held on. F'in Seahawks defense! byroz
I cannot believe they spread out their offense and threw the ball on 4 and goal on the 1 yard line!!!! They deserve to lose.

The coaches deserve to lose, the players deserve to win. St. Louis was playing lights out and had no business losing that game. Their defense was great especially on the defensive line, Zac Stacy was running like a beast, Klemens was decent and completed a lot of nice passes. stevegrab
Why call a timeout? 1st & goal, 76 seconds, a timeout just makes it more likely there it sime left after you score. Run the ball, you mean like they did on 3rd & goal from the one, when RIchardson was stuffed? Why would you expect a TD if you run the next play. I'm still trying to figure out what this all means about the Seahawks. Not as good as their record, or is STL really much better than their 3-5 record? It showed me that the OC in Seattle is a nutjob. You give the ball to Wilson on 2 design runs on 1st & 2nd down on the 1 yard line?! Lynch barely broke into double digits in touches this week. He is the most talented offensive weapon on that team. Yes, they were stacking the box. But you need to get him involved. His pass catching skills have gotten better and he should have been used on more screens or even swing passes. They ran so many 3 WR 1 back sets that St. Louis dialed up blitzes all night. I also think that outside of playing in Seattle. The Seahawks are a vulnerable team.

I made this post when STL had the ball and was driving. Had it first and goal with like 76 seconds left, and was down by 5. Why didn't Seattle call a timeout? They had 3 of them. What if STL scored on say the 2nd or 3rd down..?? Seattle would have got the ball back down by 2, and no time left, but hey - they would have had all their timeouts! Every part of me was hoping STL would score and that would have haunted Seattle.. All in all - didn't matter though. whomper
They did expose the fact that you can run against the Hawks. A team with a better O would have won that game for sure. Take away the big bomb to Tate and the Hawks were really bad on O
