chiefswarpath
So I am in two leagues and drafted Trent Richardson in the 1st round in both. (at 6 and 11) I have never had a first rounder suck so bad!!! Excluding injuries to your 1st rounder what is the biggest bust you have ever drafted??? Scorcher
This year so far Ray Rice is the worst as a first round keeper.
loaf
I'm just going this year. Arian Foster at 11 in one league. he's the 11th overall RB scorer in that league. Adrian Peterson at 1. he's the 7th overall RB scorer in that league.
Chloroform Rx
in 2007 I drafted Shaun Alexander in the top 5 after a season of injury. Thought for sure he'd bounce back with another 20+ TD season. He never did (bounce back), ever. Ironically, I finished #1 in points this year because my second round pick was Tom Brady when he came in an threw 50 TD's. If only I had drafted someone else in the first round; I'm sure I would have won every bonus.
wpayers
So I am in two leagues and drafted Trent Richardson in the 1st round in both. (at 6 and 11) I have never had a first rounder suck so bad!!! Excluding injuries to your 1st rounder what is the biggest bust you have ever drafted??? That's easy. Took TO at the end of the 1st round in 2005. That was a steal. Later that year he got kicked off (or suspended) from the team. Now that's a bust! Suture
Took Steve Slaton in the 1st round in 2009. But then I did one better -- I took Randy Moss in the 1st round in 2010. And we all know how that turned out.
Ron677
If you include injuries: Tom Brady 2008 ( I drafted him in the 1st round of all three of my drafts because he had 50 touchdowns the year before), Jamaal Anderson 1999, Terrell Davis 1999. Though an injury in the first week isn't nearly as bad as a true bust since you can insert a different player for the injured player instead of starting a bum for the whole season assuming he'll bounce back at some point. Hahaha I remember that year with Brady. My Dad and I played in his work league together and one of his friends drafted Tom Brady. The friend was bragging about how he got Brady and that he was gonna dominate the league because of it. My Dad told him right then "with your luck he'll get injured in the first game and be out for the year." When the season started that's exactly what happened and we couldn't stop laughing
faceplant
If you include injuries: Tom Brady 2008 ( I drafted him in the 1st round of all three of my drafts because he had 50 touchdowns the year before) This. I remember watching the game all excited to start my ff season and then my jaw dropped and I was just flat out sad for the rest of the day. What a mood swing. I'll never forget it. darin3
I have you all beat, if we're including injuries. Vinny Testaverde, 1999. My first pick in my first ever fantasy football league. Tore his Achilles just before halftime of Week 1 and didn't play the rest of the season (naturally). Fortunately I had drafted some guy named Rich Gannon as my backup and he went ballistic. Kosavibez
This is my first year in a fantasy league ever....spent a nice chunk of change on CJ Spiller during auction draft Judging by what I'm reading, though, it could've been a lotttt worse. Yea it definitely could've been worse for you because if Spiller can just get healthy he should get back to being the Spiller we expected him to be and soon he could find himself being the work horse if Fred Jackson injures his knee at the same time that Spiller gets healthy. stethant
Can't remember the year exactly, 2001 or 2002 - one of the first years I played, but I remember the name like it was yesterday: Kevan Barlow at the back end of round 1. The horror....
Tripleshot
I can't remember bigger first round busts than this year's Ray Rice and TRich(thankfully in only one league each), and I've been playing since the late 1980's.

slambo
Quite a few Huddlers drafted William Green at the end of round 1 in 2003. Ah yes, the William Green debacle of 03. I didn't spend a 1st round pick on him, maybe a 2nd or 3rd. This year, for me it would be Spiller and Martin.
