Croe
Marvin Jones @ Bal - Hes had some big weeks in the last month and last week would have been another good one if his 50 yard TD didn't get a holding call. He's a high reward player who can stretch the field and doesn't see a defense's best corner thanks to Green. Cecil Shorts @ Ten - Short sees a ton of throws, ranked 6th in the league and is the best garbage time player in the league. The lack of a decent QB keeps him from scoring every week but his targets make him a starter with up side if he can ever find the goal line. I'm leaning Jones because he has proven he can find the end zone and Shorts is facing one of the best WR defenses in the league this week. dcc23
Jones, given as you pointed out the balance of AJ Green giving him much better matchups. Shorts is the only guy anyone needs to contain from Jax.
Rimmytose
I like Jones also. AJ really does open up the field for him, and with Bernard getting stronger Jones should get his opportunities. Shorts is the top WR in that offense, but it's an offense that can't put points on the board so why bother? He's only good for you if he racks up yards or scores a TD. All those short passes aren't going to add up to much in a non-PPR. Plus as others have mentioned he is going to have a lot of eyes on him as the opposing defense doesn't have much else to worry about.
