Those games may be "meaningless" to fans, but I don't have any reason to believe they'll hold him back if he's ready to go. No question you should. I have the same 2 RBs that I'm starting over him but also have the option to play ADP in the flex spot but have other choices in Stacy and Todman. The guy has a ton of guts and had turned in hugh games before when he wasn't 100%. Not expecting a monster day the CIN D, but am expecting legit RB1 numbers.
