Well, at least none of those teams above the Vikes need a QB. Oh, wait....

oh cool..another tight end at pick 16 or 17 !!!

Cowboys will have the 1.16 with a 5-1 division record

Ravens will have the 1.17 with a 3-3 division record

If they were tied after that, it would have gone to conference record. Tied after that? Coin flip at the combine.

Division tiebreak is used only when the two tied teams are from the same division. Conference tie break is used only when the tied teams are from the same Conference. In this case, neither applies. The next tie breaker is which team's owner is the bigger doushe-bag. After that, it's the coin flip at the combine. It'll be heads or tails at the combine for these two teams.

Jerra easily gets the DB tiebreak.

With the exception of giving Joe Flacco real currency to play football, the Ravens have been pretty smart at the executive level.

I believe for draft order the ranking critieria is simply overral record then strength of schedule. If that is a tie then div/conf record is used if applicable. Since those do not apply here the last result is coin flip.

from here

"If any ties cannot be broken by strength-of-schedule, the divisional or conference tie-breakers, if applicable, shall be applied. Any ties that still exist shall be broken by a coin flip."
