ts
Hugh hold on that Rodgers escape LOL,the SFO player that had Rogers wrapped up got tackled by the GBP o-lineman ... seriously, I can't tell what the rules of this game are anymore ... the enforcement of them (or not) changes so much from week to week, zebra crew to zebra crew and even from play to play within the same game that the NFL seems to get closer to pro wrestling each week. Edit - so 2 or 3 plays later, the GBP defender gets called for a hold on a play (pass attempt to Crabtree) that the zebras have allowed both teams to get away with all day long on pass defense. Wacky. Edited January 6, 2014 by ts

gilthorp
Pretty much as it looked like all year with a bunch of mediocre teams...the North and the East are pretenders. GB is one dimensional, and the only way they really make plays is if Rodgers does something incredible in the pocket. Four well balanced teams left in the NFC, and probably 3 of the best defenses.
Tripleshot
I'm content that should the Seahawks beat the Saints in Seattle again, they get to face whoever survives the Niner-Panther game, who surely will be beaten up pretty badly by the other team. That game in Carolina is going to be as old school NFL as it gets and it's going to be one helluva ugly, smashmouth game. Better to face the Niners after they play Carolina than face them next week. Lacy looks to be the goods. Other than that if Rodgers has to double check his diaper again next year the Bears should win the division depending on the D. Soooo many FA's and older players. Detroit could be interesting depending on the coaching situation. Could be another 3 way battle next year. Hopefully someone is good enough to win a playoff game. whomper
James Jones had the potential to make 2 really big plays yesterday. Neither would have been easy plays but they are certainly catches that you see being made week after week

Neither would have been easy plays but they are certainly catches that you see being made week after week between those, the dropped pick on the last drive and the Packers settling for a field goal the last time they were down close..I'd be sick if I were a Packer fan
