2014 season, any new ideas for your leagues?

Just wondering if any of your leagues are going to try some new ideas for next year. We went with 16 teams and 4 divisions this last season. Was great with the right schedule. Also started blind bidding for waivers and a IR position.

I want to do a bit of tinkering next season. But It would be great to hear other peoples ideas.

In our 10-team standard family league, we're going PPR (WR=0.5; RB=1.0; TE=1.5) and going to use decimals for yardage gained instead of whole points (example: 89 yds=8.9 points, instead of 8). In this league, these are BIG changes (finally!!!).

Draft naked.

Been doing that for years :D makes drafting that much more fun , this one guy keeps bringing his golden lab to our local draft and it is fascinated with peoples crotches , so after a few drinks it never fails this one clown drops trow

It was really hilarious the first year but 10 years later its just creepy

I wish we would change from 0.5pt/rec to 1pt/rec and add a mandatory TE position (can use in WR position as it stands). Also, a waiver period on pickups would be grand (currently pickups are anytime, first come first serve). But alas, our league is full of old curmudgeons and change is scary to them...so none for me in 2014.
