Shorttynaz
Potentially spending 3-5 years in prison for knocking his woman unconscious in an elevator. Oddly enough, neither Rice or his woman want to move forward - from what I understand, it's not up to them anymore..?? http://www.baltimoresun.com/news/maryland/crime/blog/bal-ray-rice-indicted-on-aggravated-assault-charge-by-atlantic-county-prosecutors-20140327,0,7968806.story

Oddly enough, neither Rice or his woman want to move forward - from what I understand, it's not up to them anymore..?? http://www.baltimore...0,7968806.story Once it was on video evidence, it's no longer a he said/she said scenario where they can drop the charges. The video is police evidence and can be solely used for charges by the state. Pretty indisputable evidence at that.

I agree but either or both can agree that the video ( without sound ) does not the story , they can say they were practicing fight scenes from their favorite movie or he was pretending to be Chris Brown & she Rhianna , high price lawyers & behind the scene payouts can work wonders

sausagekingchi
I'm torn on if I want him to get jail time. One side of me says I hope he gets the max jail time. You know, the side with a moral conscience. The side that thinks a man who hits a woman is nothing by a gigantic p***y and a coward, regardless of the situation. The other side of me hopes he gets off scot free so some dope in my fantasy league wastes a draft pick on him. stevegrab
if he really did this and then she married him, then she deserves whatever eventually happens. of course, if the marriage is a sham and she'll not spend time with him,but only to collect, then that's a different story. Wouldn't she still deserve whatever happens in the second scenario?
