Irish27
I was wondering if it is ok to have a running back and wide receiver who play on the same team in my starting line-up? I have Bernard and Green of the Bengals.

zing
It's not ideal, but it's okay.
WashingtonD
Honestly it should have almost 0 bearing on your decision making. I can't fathom why someone would say that it wouldn't be ideal.
Big Country
It's not ideal, but it's okay. Not the first time you have said this - so I'll again ask you to explain your rationale. It has no bearing on player value and, as WashD said, should have no bearing on your lineup decisions.

In your case yes.. but if you said MJD and Moore (OAK) I would've said no. it's completely situational.

But that's because they both suck not because they are on the same team
robotpimp
But that's because they both suck not because they are on the same team well actually they are... that's the twist. unless you thought I was referencing Lance Moore (which I wasn't). then it might as well be Dinty Moore. ok MJD and James Jones. Big Country
In your case yes.. but if you said MJD and Moore (OAK) I would've said no. it's completely situational. If MJD and Moore were the players at their positions on his roster that are likely to score the most points for that week, then yes, you start them. Them being on the same team is completely irrelevant.

chiroacademy
It shouldn't make a difference: Forte and Marshall, I'll take that combo of RB/WR any day D Thomas and M. Ball, J Nelson and E Lacy, D Bryant and D Murray other than watching you bye weeks you should be fine.
QFFL
It doesn't matter if they are of the same team. You should pay more attention to their potential productivity.
irish
I can't even believe this is really a serious question.
blaw23
To me it doesn't matter what team your RB and WR are on. Last year I am sure anyone that had D. Thomas, Moreno, P. Manning and even J. Thomas as well would have been quite happy with their fantasy team. Like was said before the only worry would be the bye week.
BA Baracus
Would you eat two different pork products at a single breakfast? Hell yeah...you know why...because bacon AND sausage taste good.
Zooty
Would you eat two different pork products at a single breakfast? Brosquito
The only downfall would be they share the same bye week but still wouldn't concern me at all.
