deaconjohn06
If you have the 1st pick in 2 leagues with the same scoring, do you pick the same player for both leagues?
Zooty
If there is a clear cut #1 guy I would. But this year, like most, I would probably hedge my bets and take a different guy in each
Avernus
When it comes down to my 1st couple of rounds it is more about who I don't take than who I do.....if you are comfortable enough to rank players in a 1a and 1b category then by all means split them up... The only yime I end up with the same player in multiple leagues is when it comes down to my layer picks
DMD
I'd agree - you get two outstanding players with virtually no risk or downside.
darin3
Another vote for hedging... assuming PPR I'd take McCoy in one and Charles in the other.
Footballjoe
Redraft or rookie? If its rookie I would look at your need if you are unsure of a WR or RB.
cliaz
When I played non-auction leagues it would always be the best available player based on the scoring system of the league. In the case of both leagues having the same scoring system I would then look to the roster size, waiver wire pick system, pay outs, etc. to make my determination. But all things being equal, I'm also a person who likes to mitigate against risk so I wouldn't take the same player. If that player tears his ACL then your 1st round pick is a bust in two leagues. Agree... I would definitely go with McCoy in one and Charles in the other. Easy choices.
chester
All things considered, if I was not 100% on one guy, I'd pick differently to make it more fun/interesting.
