Nearly everyone in the league does the same. A lot of work goes into our names and we change avatars each week to match. It's very entertaining. I think some of the guys in our league put more work into their names then working on their team. It's part of what makes our friends league fun. They have models that do the placing of the name on the board and timing each pick.
