ansible
I've played fantasy a few years, but I wanted to take things a bit more seriously this year. I did a LAG of my league and am wondering how this affects my drafting strategy. Basics: We have a PPR League with QBs getting 6 points for TDs and 1 point/20 yards. We play QB, RB, RB, WR, WR, WR/TE, K, DEF (and 6 bench) I did a LAG on 2012/2013 year and got this 2013 POS Top 3 Diff 4 to 10 Diff 11 to 20 QB 486 113 373 58 315 RB 349 93 255 45 210 WR 316 25 291 51 240 TE 246 51 195 63 132 K 170 15 155 25 130 DEF 200 43 157 34 123 2012 POS Top 3 Diff 4 to 10 Diff 11 to 20 QB 468 87 381 60 321 RB 320 65 255 54 201 WR 325 42 283 43 240 TE 234 53 181 47 134 K 165 21 144 22 123 DEF 199 39 160 30 130 My question is, unlike a lot of other leagues QB seems to carry more weight then RB. Yeah, I think Peyton threw off the 2013 stats a bit, but the difference both years is the QBs decline more quickly. If I had an early pick, should I go for a QB? Or does it make sense to stick to the traditional RB because I need to start two of them? Edited August 27, 2014 by ansible
Warped Allstar
I think there are going to be plenty of good QBs, so I would get an elite RB first.
