samj3
So I drafted Rodgers in the second round but he is playing Seattle in week 1 Should I pick up like Jay Cutler or Joe Flacco and sit Rodgers?
DanTheMan_5
Cutler is still available? If so I'd actually consider that. 8 team league?
the outlaw
I believe the old adage in fantasy football is, "never sit your studs, regardless of the match-up..." or, is it, "always start your studs, regardless of the match-up..." either way, I think you get my point... MC Rother
I also have Rodgers and we have a week 1 double-header. I specifically targeted Carson Palmer as my backup because he has a great week 1 matchup and week 9 when Rodgers is on a bye. I've had Rodgers for several years and it is fine to bench him once in a while or it could cost you your season.

On the road week 1 against superbowl champ hawks loudest stadium in the NFL  I dunno, my $$ says Cutler has a better week.

yaWgnorW
I've got overall mixed advice on this one. A lot of "start your studs" and "you drafted him 2nd round for a reason" ...also "its week 1" yada yada. Honestly I just got some advice on the forum regarding this. I have Rodgers and Kaepernick, we know who Rodgers faces off against yet Kaep is playing Dallas, a far more favorable match up. I admit I'm still new to this FF, but I know myself and I believe I am more match up based person.
dolphindan1
You match up your fringe starters or if your streaming QBS, defenses or a kicker....you never ever matchup start a STUD....NEVER...but go ahead ad start KAP and when Rodgers goes off on your bench remember you heard it here first
