Scorcher
On the home page it say that Leshoure is trying out for the Colts. Don't know circumstances of Lions cutting him. He was pretty decent at one time. What do you guys think? If he gets picked up by the Colts? With Bradshaw's injury history, and Trent's performance could he emerge as a FFB factor? Scorcher
i guess this does sound desperate. I just desperately need RB's to the point that the remotest possibility has my interest.
stevegrab
I hear you, my RB have never been great in my keeper league so I'm always scouring the free agents for any possible guy who could get some touches and turn into a starter. Something to monitor for now. One thing I did just read was that he was active for only 3 games last year for the Lions. He peaked in 2012, played in 14 games and had almost 800 yards as the feature back.Sounds like they kept Bush, Bell and a bunch of younger guys instead of him. Dolphin_Akie
Thrived in a good situation a few years ago as the Lions have been pass first with Stafford but not sure he's going to be a reliable starter if he joins the Colts. Even if he does overtake the likes of Richardson and Bradshaw.
loaf
The Colts also signed FA RB Dion Lewis this week
Dolphin_Akie
A speed back would be a better addition in that offence.

SeductiveNun
Ray Rice?? He can really knock em down.. I know - too soon - not funny - but I couldn't resist.. Way too soon dude. He does play a smash mouth style though.
marcheese
Just trying him out as an insurance policy. In case Trent or Bradshaw go down, they'll have him on the list of a few RBs they could call. Teams do it regularly throughout the year.
Tripleshot
That's all the Colts need is another plodding running back. Maybe they can trade for Blount from the Steelers. Speaking of plodding, where's Hillis. There's another option for the Colts.
Dolphin_Akie
I like Bradshaw a lot in there, performed well last year but then got injured so they need someone like Leshoure as an option at any time.
Sharpie
I like Leshoure and he's an every down back that can run, catch and protect. It was a tough circumstance in Detroit with Bush and then Bell emerging. Put on top of that the injury his rookie year and the two pot citations. I wouldn't be surprised if he lands somewhere and performs well. Not sure I would consider him a plodder.
