Seattle only ran 40 offensive plays all game. Lynch got 10 touches of those 40 plays. That's not too bad,, also considering one of their few drives was a 2 minute offense at the end of the first half. There is some discussion locally that maybe they could have run Lynch more to eat clock and give their defense a rest, but they got 7.2 yards per play for the entire game and decided to not mess with what was working on offense, which was basically everything. Carroll said today they never got a real chance to use their entire game plan because of the Chargers time of possession domination. Dolphin_Akie Posted September 16, 2014 Share Posted September 16, 2014 Just a frustrating game because San Diego did a great job of dominating ToP and keeping the Seattle D on the field. I think amongst the hype over the Hawks winning the SB and being so good at home people forgot that they were vulnerable when on the road which has spilled over into fantasy.
