IrishPride
Listen I don't agree with whipping your kid but doesn't belong in politics either? Where was his opinion last week? His handlers probably gave it to him today? I prefer dish soap and taking away electronics, I used to get grounded inside but kids don't spend enough time outside now a days anyway? Since when does the NFL need the Governors opinion? Only in an election year, Just a thought and opinion, that's all. http://www.electionsthisyear.com/2014-governor-election/minnesota/ Edited September 16, 2014 by IrishPride
MikesVikes
I think he's pissed at the team to begin with. He supported their stadium and before the ink was dry on the state contribution, the team decided to charge public licensing fees to season ticket holders. He was not a fan of that. SeductiveNun
Sure he's pissed, but he's his own worst enemy anyways. He has no freakin' clue what's in whatever legislation he signs, and then acts surprised when something happens. He can go pound sand on this and pretty much every other complaint he has as far as I'm concerned.
Savage Beatings
Al Franken (another MN politician fighting for his job in the Senate) just agreed with Dayton and is calling on the Vikings to "bench" Peterson.

Maybe Al should take a closer look at his own duties rather than go for the media hype. http://www.cnn.com/2014/09/15/opinion/granderson-mark-fuller/index.html?hpt=hp_bn7 Then again, that could go for all politicians.

Alphashado
They are parasites latching onto the story purely because of the publicity. Just wait. More and more dems will chime in and soon the President won't be able to resist getting some of the action as well. That's why I tend to avoid non-football news. The whole political process sort of makes me sick.
