You realize the eagles lost all but 1 of their starting oline? sF was in the backfield on every play

No I didn't know that: a fact that would have a huge bearing on today. What about last week? Also , don't know the extent of o-line injuries but wouldn't this be a reason not to expect that much out of McCoy?

Even when we had most of our oline it was like this....McCoy always made the first guy miss ...and would rarely get caught from behind....

These days you throw all that out the window..

Whatever the reason, seems like a lot more 'east-west' running from McCoy so far this year than I recall in seasons past, with a lot less success .. maybe the line situation, maybe the blocking schemes, game plan/Kelly style, whatever, but I don't notice so much the draws, delays and just plain old 'up the gut' style of running that worked for him in the past. Granted, 2 horrible weeks does not a season make, but ... not pretty stuff for McCoy owners right now.

McCoy has no spring to his step...his legs looked wobbly in the 4th when he kicked it outside...I think the fast paced chit has gotten to him....he has had no umph for 3 weeks now

Team has been complaining about being run into the ground in practice. Maybe there is something to that. The Giants revolted against Caughlin a few years back and he came back kinder and gentler, and they won the superbowl.

RT Lane Johnson was suspended for the first 4 games, LG Evan Mathis got hurt Week 1 and C Jason Kelce got hurt Week 3. 3/5 backups today, 4/5 backups in the second half of Week 3 because LT Jason Peters was ejected.

Johnson returns next week but Mathis and Kelce are out until Week 10 or so.

And:

1) He was playing against a pretty darn good run defense.

2) The Eagles didn't get a lot of offensive snaps, very similar to Lynch and the Seahawks against the Chargers in week two.

3) Sproles is stealing his called screen passes which would normally have added value on days when his rushing totals were low.

And with that offensive line, Murray's pretty much going to run over everyone until unless he gets hurt, so no real shame there.
