Chloroform Rx
I'm looking at making a play for Calvin Johnson. We start 3 WR's and a FLEX. So we can start 4 WR's. I am fairly deep at the position. My currently rosterd receivers are: Dez Bryant Michael Crabtree Roddy White Eric Decker Andrew Hawkins Kendall Wright I would obviously have to include Dez Bryant. Would coupling him with Crabtree be too much? Maybe not enough, or a wash in total value? Reasons I'm looking to make the trade: 1. Dez is solid and the Cowboys look good this year. But I have a hard time trusting him on a weekly basis. It's just this gut feeling I have that he will have quite a few low games this year. 2. Crabtree is having issues with the twice-surgically repaired foot. Not to mention they have a lot of mouths to feed there with a sub-par QB. 3. I want a STUD at WR who can go off for 200 yards once or twice a year. ALSO, Megatron's schedule is easy and I believe the EASIEST weeks 14-16. This would make my starters: Calvin Johnson Roddy White Eric Decker Andrew Hawkins/Kendall Wright What are everyone's thoughts? Thank you! Blasto95
If he's desperate you could argue dez straight up if you want. Calvin is banged up and does not look like himself though. That's why I would make the argument dez could finish better than Calvin or at least both be top
Chloroform Rx
Assuming he is not desperate, you're saying including someone like Hawkins would be more suitable? I feel like a straight up WR-WR trade would raise red flags. Unless I argue that I just like the guy or insinuate we have different ideas on who may finish better.
