sksmith
FJax's injury and Sankey's two game turd fest as starter means back to the drawing board. My other RB is B Tate and he'll stay. How would you rank these available RBs in terms of value and ultimately who to target first: C Ivory R Hillman DMac M Ingram P Thomas D Robinson T Mason (Before you ask, rules restrict total RB roster spots at 3) One more thing to factor in: R Jennings is also available. With bye week he's worthless next week, but come week 9 he'll certainly be harder to acquire if he's back to starting. Should I grab and stash, thus only picking up 1 of the above listed RBs or should I go for 2 of the listed RBs?
Ignoble17
I like Hillman. He put in two solid performances, and has a real chance to take over permanently as the lead back when Ball recovers from injury. He'll get opportunities simply by playing on such a great Broncos offense, where opposing defenses always have to respect the passing game. sampsonite
It has been believed all year by analysts that Denver just doesnt have the front to support the run game. Ball hasnt helped to dispell that notion. Hillman has been on my bench and hasnt dissapointed in those two weeks yet. Still undecided if I can bench a consistent Ahmad Bradshaw in favor of him. jimmyzyng1
I'd grab hillman and try for Jennings then Mason.
sksmith
What's the opinion of C Ivory now that Harvin will be in the mix? Does his presence at WR force more attention to the passing game and, thusly, open up the run? Or will the change be nominal?
sampsonite
That offense is built around Ivory, Decker, Amaro. Harvin will give some more credence to their receiving game, but if Geno coninues to suck, Ivory will continue to handle 20+ carries.
