ConFusion (16 team IDP dynasty; 11-0): Up 18 with Brees, opponent (KevinL) has Hogan, Chandler, Kyle Williams. Should be close.

ATAP (16 team IDP dynasty; 9-2): Up 21 with Brees, Ingram, Super Mario, Webb/White (CBs). Opponent (Caveman Nick) has Harvin, SSmith, Shayne AND Jimmy Graham, Lofton and Elam. Could be close.

AFL (12 team IDP dynasty; 8-3): Up 6 with Jerry Hughes with opponent having Preston Brown. Could be close.

DW3 (14 team IDP dynasty; 7-4): Up 52 with Jimmy Graham and opponent has Ingram/SSmith. Feel OK here.

So rooting hard for Brees and Jerry Hughes tonight.

Brees held off my opponent's Bills. Winner!

Brees and just enough from everyone else in ATAP withstood a valiant effort by CN. Winner!

Jerry Hughes went for 15 and staved off Preston Brown. Winner!

And was up big enough in DW3 to escape with yet another win.

4-0 in dynasties and 2-0 in my redrafts. Solid week, and quite honestly could be my best season in my 15+ years playing this crap. Haven't really done much different.... it's 90% luck.

Good luck to all in the coming weeks.:)

Same here...but mine was not comfy...was down 1.7 till the Saints last possession....and stills got a couple grabs....really owe it to forsett...if he doesn't break that td run I dunno if Saints get the ball back....ravens dominated top in the 2nd half

Yeah, if Forsett doesn't break that TD run, the Saints only had 1 more TO and I can see the Ravens milk the clock down to nothing. Sometimes, FF is all about getting the right breaks, oh and luck.

I forgot to post my playoff games before the game. The thrill of victory and the agony of defeat all in the final minutes I had 5 of my 11 FFPC playoff games come down to the final minutes lost 172-171 and lost 2 others by 3 points while winning by 0.5 and 1.5 in two others. Won 7 out of 11 but those 3 losses sure sting 2 of them by dumb decisions. On to next week.

Oh ya I almost forgot in the league I lost 172-171 I had Gostkowski the game was over with 2 mins to go and NE kicked a FG but there was a penalty on the defense and NE took the 1st down taking the FG off board then scored a TD so I only got XP.

I would won by 1 point

Weapons of DMD - Up by less than half a point, with Harvin going against Watkins. At 4-7, I'm probably playing spoiler here.

Too Many Leagues - Up by 6.9, I've got Graham going against Forsett and Tucker. Very TE-friendly scoring (2 pts for every 10 yards receiving) could help me hold on to this slim lead, as well as my one-game lead in the toughtest division in the league.

Huddle Ladder (HOF) - Up by 71, but he's got Steve Smith and Jimmy Graham playing tonight. I don't see that happening, so I should stay in first place.

Dynasty Warz II - Up by 20, and I've got Ngata, FJax (or Pierre), and David Harris against Ingram and Dareus. This is also for the division, potentially (one more week after this one, with three teams in the mix).

Big Time - I'm up by 54, but he's got Daniels, Graham, and Carpenter left to play. Could be very close.

FDSB - Down 11. I've got Brees, Decker, Steve Smith, Daniels, Sheldon Richardson, and Lofton. He's got Watkins, Amaro, Mario Williams, Hughes, Bradham, and Mike Mitchell. Pretty even group of 6 players on each side... I'm hoping Brees can make up the difference (and then some). I've already won my division, but don't have much of a chance at a first-round bye. So, I'm basically playing to stay in the 3-spot (and face the worst playoff team, potentially).

Fusion - Up 5, with Vick/Colston/Bradham/Landry against Amaro/Hughes/D. Davis. Close, but I like my chances. Another one with the division (and a first-round bye possibly) at stake.

Local #1 - Up 62, with Lofton and D. Smith going against Brees, Tucker, and Mario. High-scoring league for QB's, so a big game by Brees and/or Tucker might make it closer. I'm 10-1, and hoping to stay in first place.

Local #2 - Up by 45, but he's got Decker and the BUF defense left. I should hang on, and clinch the division with a win.

Local #3 - Up by 6 and change. I'm done, and he's got Watkins left. Basically, I need Watkins to not score, and total 62 yards rushing/receiving or less (no PPR). This league has been a clusterf-ck for me, in finding a 2nd RB. I have LeVeon Bell, and have gone through about a dozen others (drafted FJax, Ball, Ray Rice, etc.). I also drafted Blount and CJ Anderson, but dropped them both (a week before they would have panned out). I added L. Murray this week, but left him on my bench in favor of Jonas Gray. It's been a comedy of errors, and if not for Odell Beckham Jr. (and Antonio Brown the first 11 weeks), I wouldn't even be in contention. But, as it is, I'm sitting in 4th (final playoff spot), and need to win at least 2 of my last 3 (including this week) to have a shot.

Won all of these except for TML. Didn't quite get enough from Graham, and Forsett went off. Feel very fortunate to have won some of the others, especially the one where I needed Watkins to total < 62 yards. I'm in position to make the playoffs in all but two leagues (out of 15+). :)

Funny... I'm having the same type of season, with these weeks where I win double-digit leagues, and lose just a couple. I keep thinking that the exact opposite will probably happen the next week, but I have yet to have a losing week (where I lose more leagues than I win) this year. No joke. That has never happened to me through 6 weeks of FF, much less 12.

I'm out of the playoffs in two leagues. I'm 11-1 in one league, 10-2 in four leagues, have 9 wins in four others (9-3 in all except one where I had a double-header, so 9-5), and have 8 wins in four more (again, 8-4 in all except one that had a DH, where I'm 8-5). That's twelve where I'm pretty much assured of a playoff spot, and I'll have a bye in at least 4 of those (with an outside shot at a bye in at least two others). I'm in the playoffs in two others currently (7-5 and 6-6), but a loss this week in either one could knock me out.

By far my best season yet, in terms of where I'm at through 12 weeks. Of course, if I don't cash in (win) any of them, it's a moot point. Hopefully, I'm not jinxing myself by posting this, and I'm certainly not trying to brag. If anything, I just find it sort of surreal. I've got some really good teams, but I've also had an extraordinary amount of luck this year. That said, I've had a few "what if" moments of bad luck, as well. But, the good has certainly outweighed the bad.

On top of all of that, I pulled off the win in two survivor pools, one of which had 50+ participants. :)

Edit: I'm not going to say how many leagues I'm in, but you can do the math. Cue the Muto jokes now....

Better Luck Next Year- I'm down by 81. He's done - I have Brees, Watkins, and Hogan. Not happening. This ends my 6-game win streak, and means I'll have to fight for a wild card spot. I still am hoping for as many points possible, since the playoff race may very well come down to point tiebreakers.

Local - I'm up 3. I have Orton and the Bills defense left, he has Ingram. Feeling pretty good about that one, but who knows. If I win and the #2 owner loses, I clinch the 1st seed in the playoffs. For the #2 owner to lose, Forsett and Chandler cannot outscore Graham by 2.

So, I guess we'll see. After such a huge loss in BLNY, it would be nice if I could clinch #1 overall in my local as a consolation prize of sorts. I'm not liking my playoff chances in BLNY, since my team hasn't been much of a power in terms of points. After this week, it looks like there are going to be five 7-5 teams vying for 3 wild-card positions.

I split as expected, but I didn't clinch #1 overall in my local or get enough points to fend off the #7 seed in BLNY. I'm on the outside looking in, and will need a huge week next week.

Too much probably, need 14 combined from Bryce Brown and Chris Johnson. Both Cutler (who I started) and Rivers (who I benched) stunk the place up wasting the great game by Demaryius and a 26 point effort from Pakey (love those long FG).

I was going to swap Sims for CJ0K before the game and didn't realize the deadline had passed (that cost me 3 points). Oh and Jarvis Landry on the bench with 17 points while Calvin only got 3 points (at least Jordan Matthews who I subbed for Fitz got me 7).

Oh and starting the Chiefs D last TNF, was probably a mistake over Bills D tonight.

As expected didn't get enough, though CJ0K actually did better than Bryce Brown. But was my best RB with only 6 points :( But still, Cutler and my WR let me down too. Or I could have stuck with the Bills defense instead of getting cute and playing the Chiefs on Thursday and I would hae won :bag:

I'll add one more comment... I've never had to diligently work the waiver wire in fantasy football, like I have this year. Whether it be because of waivers or trades, none of my teams are remotely the same as what they were in Week 1... even the dynasty leagues. In one of my locals, I've made 38 waivers moves. The next highest team has made like 16. In another, I've made 20+ (each costs $5), and nobody else has made more than 12. But, I've won that league three times (since the mid-90's), and I know that you can't win if you don't make some moves.

I've been "streaming" defenses in a few leagues (due to their being so few "must start every week" options), and going through RB's like crazy in others. I'm in an IDP redraft where I've add/dropped a couple of DB's each and every week. I probably spend an average of at least two hours on MFL every Wednesday, just submitting waivers requests.

I guess my point is that, while I've gotten extremely lucky at times, I've also put in a lot of "work." And, none of the leauges that I'm in are easy... I'm in at least a dozen with fellow Huddlers. Ironically, the league that I would consider the least competitive is one of my local/family leagues (with my wife's brothers, etc.)... and that's the league where I'm 6-6 (just more proof that FF is mostly luck).

ETA: I hate to admit it (because I'm not this way in any other facet of life... at least I don't think I am), but I think I'm also a little bit superstitious, when it comes to this hobby we have. Case in point this thread... I replied to one of these "What do you need on MNF?" topics a few weeks ago, and went 5 for 5, in terms of winning the leagues that I posted (most of which were close, going into Monday night). I didn't necessarily make a conscious decision to continue, based on that result, but I have... and it's worked out very well. So, I keep posting on Monday mornings.

I apologize to those of you who think that I'm going into too much detail, in terms of my leagues, etc. I get it... Nobody wants to hear about some dude who plays in too many leagues, and how he's doing well in nearly all of them. Some of that is a result of me not wanting to screw up a "hot streak" of sorts. I understand that most of the posters here probably don't care about my results. But, ever since I started posting these on Monday's, I've been winning at about an 80% clip, across all of my leagues. So, bear with me... The streak is bound to end sooner than later, most likely. Then you can all silently thank the fantasy gods that that annoying Gopher guy might finally shut up about his leagues.

Yeah, it really sucks as losing this game more than likely means no playoffs in the ladder. Winning, puts me squarely in the conversation. He left some big scorers on the bench too, life Sanders, Herron, Hill, Robinson. But CoH's team is rock solid. If Graham scores 7 tonight and Forsett can get 16.5, I win.

It sucks posting over 150 pts and losing, but I've lost twice that way to you this year in Ladder. I have some impossible decisions weekly so leaving points on the bench is a given. WRs are Gordon, Nelson, Sanders, and Beckham- who you gonna bench. RBs behind Forte are Jeremy Hill, Denard Robinson, Reggie Bush, Herron, Alfred Blue & Latavius Murray.

Yeah brother, that's rough! Having such a great, deep team sometimes hurts as much as it helps. A stud WR is going to get benched weekly for you and adding Latavius Murray to the mix will only make choosing your RBs after forte that more difficult as well.

My team has definitely come to life after a slow start as I have out up big numbers the last 5 weeks. Rodgers, Forsett, Jennings, Mathews, Demaryius Thomas, Jeffery and Evans have been a solid core for me.
