yungballa
Things have changed in Denver. It seems like the passing game has been reduced a lot, and the offense revolves around CJ Anderson. Should I be worried about Sanders for the rest of the year. Should he he replaced?

yungballa
One or two bad games and everyones ready to give him the boot tsk tsk. its not just that. Its peyton. Its demaryius. Its julius thomas. The offense is run first recently and he wont be productive if that doesnt change
stevegrab
Even for Demaryius it is just one bad week, he's had 100 yards or a TD every week since week 5 prior to this game with the tough BUF defense.

But I bet that one bad week bounced a lot of teams out of the playoffs.
Running Wilde
Came close to getting bounced this week on the back of DEN's anemic passing game and NO's implosion. Thank god for A. Rodgers. Anyway, I have to admit I'm a little nervous about Sanders & J. Thomas, but they've been a huge part of getting me into the playoffs and I've set my run up to include them so.... game on and hope for the best. Dolphin_Akie
Julius is a different issue because of injury at this point. The Chargers are only average against the run and pass so I'd expect a more balanced approach from the Denver offense. Along with the fact that running the ball a ton took the edge off the Buffalo pass rush, don't see that being a concern with SD.
Finn5033
I'll admit I am concerned. Manning and Sanders helped me to the playoffs in a couple leagues. I'm not going to sit them though, you'd have to have a pretty stacked team with better options to consider sitting these guys. Actually Sanders has still been productive in my PPR league, he still had double digit points last week. Mannings 1.26pt performance was brutal, luckily it didn't cost me. If you bench them in the playoffs you know they will go off and you'll be kicking yourself. SD are more likely to score pts on Denver than Buffalo meaning Manning will have to score points to keep them ahead, the Bills never really presented much of a threat once the Broncos had a comfortable lead.
stevegrab
But I bet that one bad week bounced a lot of teams out of the playoffs. Sure it probably did, so did Peyton's bad peformance, it happens. That is why people say "just get me the playoffs, then anything is possible." But if you survived that (or had a bye, playoffs didn't start) the 1-2 bad games should not have you benching these guys. DolphinAkie covered the passing woes for DEN last week pretty well in his post.
