irish Posted December 10, 2014 Share Posted December 10, 2014 isn't that the same injury as Romo earlier this season? Similar but not the same. I was reading a report that said Romo's fractures were higher up on smaller bones where there is less pain and spasms. Newton's is in the lower back where there is more discomfort and spasms. I honestly doubt he plays. Also, as Darin said, it's a car accident versus being kneed in the back playing football. Again, worse for Newton.
