rajncajn Posted January 21, 2015 Share Posted January 21, 2015 Irish - A few things - First and foremost - I applaud you for trying to run Mystery Huddler. Period. That statement stands alone. But, I also wanted to disagree on some things. - I think it's a bit presumptuous to say that Bier or any of us who were original (or pre-incident day) Huddlers would not like to see Mystery Huddler run in whatever manner it will evolve to. We certainly know how good it was in the old days, but whatever it becomes will not effect that. Additionally, to presume that he or anyone else does not want it run at all is off base. But, hey, you never know - there MAY be one or more that actually feel that way. I do not. - To say, "So, they don't want to see things move in a positive direction here and may want to see this place fail." is pretty silly. Maybe some are indifferent to what happens here, Most of us still have friends here, have league forums here, and still respect DMD for providing this site. I think most realize that the Huddle has certainly changed from what was a very close-knit community (in the true meaning of the word), to something that is far less communal at this point. It doesn't mean it couldn't evolve. Ressurecting the MH in some fashion is a step in the right direction. I'm just hoping he knows the difference between North and South... or is it East & West?
