Everyone now knows that NFL championships are built with the draft. The Titans used two draft picks at receiver this year. They've already added Hakeem Nicks as well as a veteran presence. That seems pretty desperate to me. Right now the starters are probablyt Bowe and Hawkins, with a bunch of nothing/unproven behind that (Hartline, Gabriel, Benjamin, Pryor, etc.).
