dweller77727
I have a keeper question for you guys and need some opinions. League background: 12 team 1/2 PPR 2 rb, 2 wr, 1 TE 1 rb/wr flex I can only select one and they take the place that they were drafted last year Luck 5th round Cooks 8th round Kelce 16th round Luck Pros: Top ranked at his position Potentially the best offense in football Weak defense, so they will need to score points 3 round value because he is projected as a 2nd rounder Cons: Value at other positions in 5th round Value in later rounds at QB Cooks Pros: More targets now that Graham is gone Good QB Bad defense, may need to throw a lot. Projected in 4th rd Cons: Injury concern? Ranked WR#15 Kelce Pros: 16th round=Best value Cons: The value of the TE position to fantasy What you guys do? Any pros or cons that I am missing? theirish
I would keep Cooks in 8th round.
willswear3
I'd lean Luck, but Cooks is right there.
ShadowsFall
I would keep Luck for sure. Will be 2nd round value at worst when the season is done. That is a 3-4 round upgrade in the hardest part of the draft to get a value pick.
yaWgnorW
I'd have to go Luck on this one. In every mock, and my already super early live draft, Luck has gone in the second round most of the time, and no later than the mid second round. At this point, it is about value. You can focus your first 4 rounds on prime picks, and then have an instant upgrade in round 5 to a guy that goes between round 1 and 2. Going RB RB WR WR, or RB WR RB WR or whatever, your going to end up better than most people in the 5th round. I like Kelce, but TE's are TEs. If your worried, target any of the other top 5 TEs. Cooks, I actually have him on my team, and theres a possibility you grab him back anyway if you really want him.
Footballfan2015
Luck would be a steal at 5th round. I would definitely go Luck.
robotpimp
Luck will never make it to the 5th even in a 10 man league, with all the upside of Cooks, Saints spread the ball around a lot he should be the lion share bread winner but there still will be some uncertainty.. we're hoping Cooks is still trending up but it's hard to not take arguably the best QB in the league in the 5th.. good value. Cooks is good value as well but there are a lot of WR's in the pool that jockey for that solid tier 2 spot.
Finn5033
Luck. At the end of the season he will probably in the top 5 for overall fantasy scoring. Good value for a 5th round pick Edited August 3, 2015 by Finn5033
