The league has altered its policy for regulations on air pressure in footballs following the DeflateGate scandal, setting new standards for the 2015 season. Speaking before Giants practice on Friday, referee John Parry discussed how officiating crews will have two Wilson pressure gauges for measuring the PSI of footballs and that each ball will be inflated to 13 PSI before it leaves the locker room. This means that quarterbacks no longer have the ability to have an inflation preference. Referees will stamp the footballs prior to kickoff to document that each ball has been inspected. BA Baracus
The league should have never allowed teams to contol game balls in the first place.
